Ride with Moots

On July 14 we welcome the guys from MOOTS at the fahrstil Klubhaus in beautiful Heidelberg. We are planning a 70km multi surface ride through the scenic Odenwald, just outside of the city limits. Climbing and dashing descents included. After the ride we share our newly gained experiences over a beer or coffee with old and new friends at the Klubhaus.
If you want to learn more about the finest titanium bicycles, handcrafted in Steamboat Springs, Colorado – MOOTS will host a social evening the day before the ride, July 13. No rsvp needed.

Am 14. Juli haben wir Besuch aus Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Die Titan-Edelschmiede MOOTS kommt bereits das zweite Jahr in Folge nach Heidelberg, um gemeinsam mit euch einen Tag auf den Schotterpisten des Odenwalds zu verbringen. Wir planen aktuell eine hügelige Route von ca. 70km. Danach lassen wir den Tag bei Kaffee und Bier, mit alten und neuen Freunden im fahrstil Klubhaus ausklingen. Bereits am Abend davor, also dem 13. Juli, werden die Jungs von MOOTS einen kleinen Vortrag zur über 30-jährigen Geschichte ihrer Firma halten. Mehr Infos folgen.

YOUR WAY TO HEIDELBERG
By airplane: Frankfurt airport and Stuttgart airport are each roughly an hour drive away. There are plenty of train connections.
By train: If arriving by train, Heidelberg Main Station is just a two minute bike ride or a five minute walk away from the fahrstil Klubhaus.
By car: The Autobahn A5 leads directly past Heidelberg. When taking the exit Heidelberg it is five more minutes straight ahead. You’ll reach a crossing entering Emil-Maier-Straße with a slight right turn, between the green car rental place and a gas station.
By bike: Use Komoot
ACCOMMODATION
Heidelberg ist worth a weekend trip! Ride with us on Saturday, enjoy the city on Sunday. There are hostels and hotels of differing price segments in the near surrounding of the fahrstil Klubhaus. Check out Steffi’s Hostel, Eazy Hostel, Café Frisch, the NH Hotel or the Marriott Hotel.
