Stuttgarter Wasen

Hello folks! On Sunday, 23th of April, ESN is taking you to the Cannstatter Volksfest, aka Frühlingsfest in Stuttgart! It is a huge beer festival in Germany, similar to the world-famous Oktoberfest in Munich. The Frühlingsfest takes place since 1818 and is the biggest one of its kind happening in spring across Europe!! 

We are planning the event with different ESN sections from south- western parts of Germany: there will be in total 280 students from all over the world, doing their exchanges in or around Frankfurt, Darmstadt, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, and Stuttgart The tickets for ESN Heidelberg are limited - we have 35 spots! So book your ticket before is too late! 

What is included?

- Transportation: both ways. We will meet at 12.15 am at the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) of Heidelberg.In the evening, we will be back in Heidelberg around 10 or 11 pm

- Reserved tables for our group at the "Wasenwirt", a beertent at the Wasen!!! Keep in mind !!!

Food and drinks have to be bought separately at the event (12-13 € for 1 l beer).You might have problems bringing backpacks or huge bags into the tents, so we recommend only to bring what you really need. AND ALWAYS BRING CASH WITH YOU IN GERMANY.

Note: If you have the JugendticketBW, you can already reach Stuttgart and don’t need extra train tickets.
