ESN Heidelberg goes Strasbourg Christmas Market
Ticket Offer Procedure for 4th bus
Phase 1: The first 50 people on the waiting list get an email with a link to claim their tickets. They will have at least 24h before Phase 2 starts. This applies to people who join the waiting list on Sat 6 Nov, Sun 7 Nov and Mon 8 Nov before 4:27pm.
Phase 2: Afterwards the process is repeated with the next 50 people and so on down the waiting list. Note that even if the link is send to more than 50 people, only 50 tickets can be claimed. Once 50 people have claimed their tickets, all links will become invalid.
Phase 3: The tickets are open for purchase by everyone again.
Update: All tickets have been sold out in Phase 2. So there are no additional tickets available unless someone cancels their ticket.
Join us for a day trip to Strasbourg and to one of the most famous christmas markets in Europe: Strasbourg has been the home of the 'Christkindelsmärik' -Christmas market- every year since 1570. It is undoubtedly the oldest in France! Chiefly offering arts and crafts or Christmas decorations, this Christmas market has successfully retained all of the Christmas tradition and spirit.

Registration opens on Saturday, 06.11.2021, at 12pm.

Price: 20€ normal ticket or 17€ with ESNcard discount
The Tito ticket is personalised and also used for contact tracking. Please bring it to the event.
‼️ATTENTION: This event is 2G+, meaning you can only attend with either have a certificate of vaccination or a certificate of recovery. Additionally, you need an official negative test result from from the same day. Test Stations in Germany are free again.‼️
Refund Policy: Your ticket will only be refunded before the 28.11.2021. After the 28.11.2021, you have to find a person that is willing to take your place. You can contact us, for the instructions on how to transfer your ticket to the new person. There will be no refund, if you show up late to the meeting points and the bus leaves without you or if you either fail to show us your vaccination proof or negative test result and thereby are not allowed to enter the bus.
