Beer Olympics 2023

Dear beer lovers, here's the event you've all been waiting for - BEER OLYMPICS! This means many crazy challenges are awaiting you, all centering around your favourite German drink (at least after this event it will be ;) ) A classic of outside drinking games, this epic event will see several teams competing against each other in beer-entangled disciplines requiring a bit of coordination, some genuine sparkling madness, a good load of audacity and carelessness of personal dignity.
WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ・Come to Neckarwiese on Friday, 6th of October at 16:30. We'll share the exact location, but somewhere close to the BBQ area.
To make the afternoon even bigger and crazier, our friends from ESN Karlsruhe are joining us with a huge group of Erasmus students for the BEER OLYMPICS, we are excited to identify the most passionate beer enthusiast among us!!
Please be there on time as we will start with the team games then and we can't let people join later than that! ・Teams of 5-8 people can participate. You can either come already in a team or just show up alone, we'll for sure find a team you can join ・Teams need a NAME and a THEME . The latter could be a country, colour, movie, dress-code, .... Anything distinguishing you from the crowd will be good! ・ PLAYER FEE: Every participant will have to pay 4€ (4.50€ without ESN card) of participation fee, this includes all the beer you will be drinking during the games. To let us know how much beer we shall buy, please BUY YOUR TICKET HERE
We will not offer food, so feel free to bring your own snacks THE DISCIPLINES All details will be explained on the spot, but here is a small preview: ・ Beer Pong ・ Flunkyball ・ Rage Cage ・ Beer Charade ・ Flip Cup ・ Beer Quiz ・ BONUS: Beer Hero
Your friendly neighbourhood ESN team advises you to drink responsibly. These activities are meant to be fun for everyone, and everyone shall be responsible about the amount of beer he or she drinks. At no point during the games should you feel forced to drink against your will. If you are curious and wanna participate, even though you don’t drink alcohol, there will be a non-alcoholic option as well.
