Camping-Weekend in Graubünden

Hello everyone!

We are super excited that summer finally arrived in Switzerland and want to take you on a camping trip in the Swiss alps!

We’ll leave Basel on Friday in the afternoon and take a train to Graubünden, a mountainous canton with beautiful scenery and lots of nature. There, we will have a local dish for dinner and sleep in tents underneath the stars. The next day consists of a hike to Alp Mora, where you can take a dip in one of the crystal-clear pools formed by glaciers many years ago*! On Sunday, we will spend the day at Lake Cresta, which is known for its turquoise waters, swimming, relaxing and enjoying the sun, before returning back to Basel in the evening. (And for those, who want to hike a little more on Sunday: we’ll take you to a viewing platform high above the “Ruinaulta” (Rhine gorge).)

Also, meals and drinks are included ;) The only things you need to organise (if you don’t have them already) are: hiking boots, camping mat and sleeping bag.
