Join us for a meditative musical journey through the events of the Easter story, conducted by Michael Waldron, with tenor and bass soloists.
‘The Crucifixion’ by Stainer has been a firm favourite with choirs for over 130 years. It tells the story of Christ’s crucifixion through a sequence of choruses and hymns for choir with arias for bass and tenor soloists. The concert will support Citizens Advice Woking.
By Rail The church is about 10 minutes' walk from Woking train station. Exit towards the town centre from platform 1 then follow signs through the town centre towards the Lightbox. From there, go down to the Brewery Road car park, cross the road at the pedestrian crossing and turn right.
By Car There is limited parking available at the church. If this car park is full, the Brewery Road car park is just 2 minutes' walk from the church, underneath the World Wildlife Fund headquarters building. There is also plentiful parking in the town centre car parks which are 5-10 minutes' walk from the church.
