Join the Elixir Fountain Country Crawl @ Epcot

Coming to ElixirConf and want to attend a unique Elixir experience? Join the Elixir Fountain in an Epcot Country Crawl! That's right this special event is happening Aug 31 from 5:30-9:00 PM. Event check in is from 5:00 to 5:30 outside the Epcot Boardwalk gate which is just a 5 min walk from the Swan & Dolphin Resort Hotel. Space is limited so don't wait because we will sell out!

What to expect?

We will journey around the World, Showcase that is, and have a stop in each country with a fireside chat discussion and an opportunity to socialize with fellow Elixirists. Not to mention a guided Epcot tour from an expert host. At the end of the evening we will finish up with a fireworks display courtesy of the nice folks at Epcot.

What do you get?

Aside from the discounted Epcot admission, you will get a t-shirt to commemorate the occasion, sticker and a badge! Plus at each country we stop at you will get a sticker to mark the destination. Not to mention an opportunity to socialize in a unique Elixir experience.

Can I add a +1

The more the merrier but we would ask that you purchase the +1 through the ElixirConf discounted Epcot tickets you can purchase here. This will allow conference attendees to have a chance to get the event discount. But if they would like a super cool t-shirt and badge you can purchase those individually with the "ONLY T-shirt/Badge" option!

Oh no the Country Crawl is sold out!

The spaces are limited but if we get more sponsors, more tickets will open up so add your name to the waiting list. We will let you know when/if more tickets become available. Unfortunately, we can't guarantee the $40 price for additional tickets because it is based on sponsors contributions. However, it will be less than the Epcot conference price of $75. If we don't open additional tickets you can still join in by purchasing an Epcot conference ticket here and still get the event t-shirt only ticket.

That would be awesome and we would love to have you on board to make this a spectacular event for the Elixir community. Fireworks are covered thanks to Epcot but additional funds allow for more reduced price tickets and other additional perks. It doesn't have to be much. Even a contribution of $300 goes along way in making the event an awesome experience. Plus you will get your logo on this page and the t-shirt. But I already have a ticket to Epcot

Already have a ticket? That's ok you can still join in the Elixir fun! Just meet us at the Epcot Boardwalk entrance by 5:30 PM and come along. If you would like the event t-shirt and badge there is a ticket option for that and it's only $15. If you are going to use your own ticket and don't want a t-shirt, email johnny@elixirfountain.com so that we can account for an extra attendees.

Do you have a Code of Conduct?

Epcot is a public space and we can't regulate the entire park but as an attendee, you are expected to act in a professional manner. If you are attending the event and an issue comes up please report the issue to Johnny Winn and it will be dealt with accordingly. The contact phone number & email will be on the back of our event badges. to make it easier to report incidents. That being said we will follow the ElixirConf Code of Conduct and any violations occurring during EF Country Crawl will also be reported to conference organizers.
