Thinking about running for office, or in the early stages of getting ready for your first campaign? ELECTA Lab gives you the essentials from experts who have run and won campaigns across Europe.
Six live online lunchtime sessions, every Friday from 30 October to 4 December 2026, 12:00–13:30 CET. Each week an ELECTA Expert takes on one pillar of running and winning, with time to ask questions and connect with women from across Europe and across the political spectrum.

To win an election, you need more than policies and a candidacy, you need people who will show up and resources to help you make an impact. In this session, we will look at concrete ways to build both.

Time has this weird habit of going very slow and then suddenly rushing past you. Managing it correctly is essential for a successful campaign, but it is often overlooked. In this session, we will talk about how to use time to win.
November 27th, 2026
You don't have to become an influencer. But nobody can be personal on your behalf. Voters meet you in the feed long before they meet you on a ballot. In this session, we'll work on how and with whom to build content you can actually keep making.
December 4th, 2026
Engaging in politics demands an exceptional level of exposure and mental strain. Between performance pressures, targeted attacks and disinformation, resilience cannot be a mere abstract concept: it is a strategic skill for survival and impact.
