Dundee Data Meetup: October 2026
🎃 Dundee Data Meetup: Spooky Pub (Style) Quiz Edition 👻
The Dundee Data Meetup pub (style) quiz is back - and this time, things are getting a little spooky.
Join us this October as quizmaster Lesley-Anne Kelly puts your knowledge to the test with a Halloween-flavoured mix of data, AI, tech, and general geekery.
Expect creepy charts, dead tech, terrifying spreadsheets, questionable AI, obscure facts and perhaps a few things that go 404 in the night.
You definitely don’t need to be a data scientist to take part - there’ll be something for everyone, whether you know your tidyverse from your pandas or just have an unhealthy amount of useless trivia stored in your brain.
- 🧠 Brain-teasing quiz rounds
- 👻 Spooky data and tech trivia
- 🏆 Fabulous prizes
- 🍕 Free pizza
- 🥤 Free drinks
- 🎃 Halloween vibes encouraged
No need to find a team - come on your own and we’ll find you one - networking is the aim of our game.
Come along to discover whether your data knowledge is frighteningly good or statistically insignificant.
Costumes are entirely optional. Competitive spirit is strongly encouraged.
