Dundee Data Meetup: May 2026
Join us for the May 2026 Dundee Data Meetup
Making Sense of Data: Build, Play, Prototype
How do we turn data into stories people actually care about?
Join Service Design Academy at Dundee Data Meetup for a hands‑on, creative workshop where we explore how data and storytelling come together to shape better experiences.
In this session, we'll set aside dashboards and metrics and focus on how data feels, by building with LEGO.
Together, we will:
- Explore the value of data in service design
- Analyse small real‑world datasets
- Translate insights into visual stories
- Build a LEGO model that represents what the data reveals about user needs
You’ll leave with practical tools for data storytelling, a clearer sense of how to combine numbers and narratives, and most importantly, a memorable brick-building experience.
No data or design experience required. Just curiosity.
