Better Care Systems Workshop: 1

The Better Care Systems Project is exploring how we can build better care systems that work for everyone in a future of robots, exoskeletons, and smart homes.

We believe that technology cannot replace human care, but used well it could support radical social and structural change, taking us towards a future care system that is sustainable, fair and effective. We need the best of technology but also new approaches to workforce development, to supporting families who care, to building resilient, caring communities.

These one day workshops are a chance for people working in the care sector to think creatively and radically about a future in which care, care work, and care relationships are better valued and understood, to get inspired and reflect on how we can work towards a better system.

You don't need to bring anything except your experience of caring and/or the care sector and a willingness to think hopefully and creatively.
