From Stanford PhD to AI entrepreneur

Alison Darcy is on a mission to make mental health services accessible to everyone by combining Machine Learning with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Andrew Ng - co-founder of Coursera and former Vice President and Chief Scientist at Baidu - has joined Woebot Labs as an investor and chair of the board. Alison secured $8m in funding from one of the world’s largest and most active venture capital firms, NEA, and is continuing to scale internationally, with a growing European HQ in Dublin.
