Before attending Design It; Built It Conference, delegates must familiarise themselves with and comply with the latest rules and guidance issued by the UK government regarding COVID19. We further reserve the right to refuse entry to any person that refuses to comply with our safety protocols. The safety measures that are being and have been introduced at the venue are intended to minimise the risk of contracting COVID19 but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. By purchasing a ticket for Design It; Build It, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID19 exists in any public place where people are present, and agree not to hold the organisers, the Venue, Event Partners or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors or volunteers liable for any illness. Anyone attending an Event acknowledges that they do so at their own risk. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content and timing of the Conference, the identity of the speakers or the date, the format (virtual) or the venue. In the unlikely event of the Conference being rescheduled, we will not be liable to you for any other costs or losses, whether direct or indirect.
