The Thrive in Turbulent Times program is designed to create a cohort that provides a high-trust working space for people with leadership roles in a VUCA context (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous).

You'll journey through this program with a small group of peers, starting with an in-person 3-day intensive in Portland, Oregon on October 1-3, followed by 8-10 virtual sessions custom-scheduled for your group with content tailored to each individual's needs.
