Code of Conduct

All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Add some swag to your DDD Melbourne experience!

While you're grabbing your ticket, why not grab an official conference T-shirt while you're at it, and show off your love for DDD Melbourne in style? T-shirts are A$30 each and the sizing chart can be found here https://www.bizcollection.com.au/size-guide.

But hurry, T-shirt orders must be made by Friday 9 January 2026, in order to meet our production deadlines. Place your orders early to avoid disappointment.

T-shirts will be available to pick up on the day of the conference.

Registration

DDD Melbourne will be held at the Melbourne Town Hall. There will be DDD volunteers on hand to guide you to the registration desk on the day.

Diversity and Inclusion

DDD Melbourne is an inclusive conference that welcomes everyone to attend and participate. We will be making announcements about our diversity and inclusivity efforts as we get closer to the conference.

Accessibility

We're committed to making DDD Melbourne a diverse and inclusive conference. The event will be held at Melbourne Town Hall which has fantastic access and accessible features.

Opportunity program

We’re dedicated to diversity, inclusion and even more so, equal opportunity. We realise that buying a ticket to a conference for many isn’t a trivial expense, but it can be a turning point in someone’s career. That's why we've launched our Opportunity Program. We're committed to bringing in as many individuals who couldn’t attend otherwise as possible. Reach out to us at info@dddmelbourne.com if you'd like more information about the application process.

Tickets are non-refundable

Refunds are not available if you change your mind, but tickets may be transferred to other people. Our policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under Australian Consumer Law and regulations.

Can I pay by cheque, invoice, cash, KlintBucks?

No - all payments will be via Stripe.

Will I be filmed or photographed at DDD Melbourne?

During DDD Melbourne events any person may be photographed or filmed as part of the occasion, either as an individual or as a member of a group by media personnel authorised by Oz Dev Inc. An individual may also appear in a photograph or video inadvertently, in the background. Permission is incorporated into the entry conditions to the event. You must inform said media personnel if you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, and as we have done in the past, we will be offering a way to indicate your preference to opt-out of photography on the day.
