Sustaining Resilience at Work (StRaW)

Cycle Against Suicide is delighted to announce that our upcoming Student Leaders' Congress will be held in the Citywest Convention Centre on Friday, Wednesday 17th and Thursday 18th February.from 10:15am -2:45pm

This event is a contact based education day, where students participate in a day of mental health talks and training in a fun and inclusive environment. Research shows that contact based education is one of the most powerful tools of learning. Against a backdrop of increased levels of anxiety, self-harm, and suicide, this event will help young people to look after their mental well-being.

This event will educate young people on the mental health continuum. It will address mental health stigma, offer hope and focus on building resilience.
