Péint, Cúpla Focal agus Ól

Bígí linn do oíche Ealaíne agus Gaeilge, chun rud réchúiseach, spraíúil, lán le craic agus chun rud éigin difriúil a dhéanamh! Ar feadh dhá uair an chloig, tabharfaidh mise (Tuathan!) treoir éasca céim ar chéim chun pictiúr a phéinteáil. Agus muid ag dul dó, foghlaimímid frásaí simplí i nGaeilge (canúint Uladh, ar ndóigh). Ní rang teanga é seo, níl aon brú ann, ach deis cúpla focal a úsáid go nádúrtha agus tú ag cruthú. Le linn an tseisiúin beidh muid ag déanamh pictiúr le chéile níl de dhíth, ach muinín a bheith páirteach. Beidh am againn le comhrá éadrom, gáire, agus súimín nó dhó más maith leat más mian leat! Beidh gach rud curtha ar fáil duit: Péinteanna, scuaba & canbhás. Níl le glacadh leat ach tú féin. Gléas go compordach (agus do chuid éadaí nár mhiste splanc péint orthu!) Téigh abhaile le do phictiúr féin agus le cúpla focal!

Join us for a night of Art and Irish, for something relaxed, fun, full of craic and a little bit different! For two hours, I (Tuathan!) will give you an easy step-by-step guide to painting a picture. As we go, we will learn simple phrases in Irish (in the Ulster dialect, of course). This is not a language class, there is no pressure, just an opportunity to use a few words naturally as you create. During the session we will be painting together, all you need is the confidence to participate. We will have time for light conversation, laughter, and a few drinks if you wish! Everything will be provided for you: Paints, brushes & canvas. All you have to bring is yourself. Dress comfortably (and in clothes you don't mind getting a splash of paint on!)
