About Cuidiú Waterford is the Waterford branch of Cuidiú, charity number CHY 22985. We are a voluntary parent led support network. We provide support services in antenatal and birth preparation, breastfeeding, postnatal issues and parenthood.

"Bumps'n'Babes", guardian and child play groups are a weekly meet-up for parents/guardians/child-minders with their babies and children. Also expecting parents are welcome!

There is a "Bumps 'n' Babes" group every Wednesday, in Carrickphierish Library from 10:00 am - 11.30 am.

There is a "Bumps 'n' Babes" group every Thursday, in Tramore at the Riverstown community centre from 10:00 am - 11:00 am.

There are three breastfeeding support group meets in Waterford city :- Carrickphierish Library from 10 am - 11:30 am on the 2nd Thursday of each month.

Central Library (Lady lane) from 10 am - 11:30 am on the 4th Monday of each month.

Cuidiú in Dungarvan has a breastfeeding support group the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month (term time only). From 10am - 11:30am, in Dungarvan Library, Davitt’s Quay, Dungarvan, X35 AV29

All these groups are facilitated by trained Cuidiú breastfeeding counsellors. Pregnant and new parents are especially welcome!

We have one off Parent support events, such as birth reflection evenings and coffee mornings.

Antenatal classes are run occasionally so keep tuned to this Cuidiú Waterford group to find out when the next class is due!
