VBAC workshop November 2024 (in-person) - DNE
Unsure whether to have a VBAC (vaginal birth after caesarean) or Repeat C-Section? Or have your heart set on VBAC but want to know how you can best prepare for vaginal birth after caesarean? Then join our upcoming VBAC Workshop!
Cuidiú Dublin North East branch is thrilled to offer this in-person, interactive VBAC Preparation Workshop to expectant parents on Saturday, November 16th from 10.00am-2.30pm in Le Chéile Donnycarney. Subsidised by the Dublin North East Branch, this workshop is led by our long time member and volunteer Niamh Cassidy. Niamh is a Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland Educator, Breastfeeding Counsellor, and Lactation Consultant.
Making the choice between a VBAC or a repeat C-section can be daunting without the right information or support. Our evidence-based workshop is designed to arm you with everything you need to confidently make the best decision for you and prepare for the birth of your next baby.

- Comprehensive Education: Learn about reducing the risk of interventions, communicating your wishes to your care provider and making informed decisions during labour and birth.
- Birth Partner Involvement: Equip your birth partner with the knowledge and tools to support you effectively.
