Cuidiu Dublin South East December Grant Funded Antenatal Class
Sunday 8th December, 9.30am - 5pm
Cuidiú Dublin South East branch is delighted to be able to offer an in-person, interactive one day antenatal class to local parents in the Dublin South East region. This workshop is partly subsidised by the National Lottery and will be hosted by Fidelma Whelan, Cuidiú Antenatal Ireland Educator.
This class will help you and your birth partner to prepare for a positive birth, boost your confidence and support you in making informed decisions for birth and early parenting. In order to optimise your learning, groups are small (maximum 8 couples/pairs) which allows our teachers to tailor the class to your individual needs. Everyone has time to get their questions answered and to practice skills needed for labour and early parenthood.

All attendees will receive an annual membership to Cuidiú parent support charity worth €25 www.cuidiu.ie
