Creativity Practices Drop-In Session 6

You are invited to join Jane Cassidy as she continues her weekly Drop-In Creativity Practice Sessions.

During her spring residency at the Centre for Creative Technologies, Jane is offering these free weekly sessions, drawing on her strong Deep Listening practice influenced by composer and musician Pauline Oliveros. Over the coming months, she aims to cultivate a gentle and generous creative process for herself and to welcome others into that exploration.

The sessions will focus on: • Embodiment exercises • Listening meditations • Group improvisation

No previous experience or musical background is required. Participants are encouraged to bring a pen and a notebook.
