Exploring Early-Adopter Opportunities with COROB Multi-Robot Cells: Online Workshop

Join us for an online workshop where we will present how cooperative multi-robot systems, AI, monitoring, inspection, and advanced control technologies can transform arc welding-based manufacturing processes.

The COROB project is developing flexible, cooperative, and intelligent multi-robotic solutions for arc welding-based manufacturing processes, including joining and additive manufacturing.

This online workshop will introduce COROB’s technological approach and present its two main use cases: multi-robot cooperative welding and tooling repair using Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing. Participants will learn how COROB combines cooperative robotics, inspection, monitoring, control, and AI techniques to support more efficient, flexible, and resource-conscious industrial processes.

The workshop will also create an opportunity for potential external end users and early adopters to explore how their industrial needs and application scenarios could contribute to the validation of COROB’s multi-robot cells in real manufacturing contexts.

Interested organisations will be invited to share potential demonstration scenarios following the workshop. Selected scenarios may then be considered for implementation in the COROB multi-robot cells, supporting the quantitative validation of the project’s value propositions in real industrial environments.

This session is particularly relevant for manufacturers, industrial end users, technology providers, and innovation stakeholders active in welding, tooling, repair, additive manufacturing, robotics, and flexible production.
