CSF Workshop Call.64 & Call.65 - Female & All Sectors (Session 2)

Dublin BIC will host a virtual workshop for the upcoming Competitive Start Fund (CSF) call in 2020. The workshop will offer applicants a deeper understanding of the CSF process and Enterprise Ireland's requirements for a successful application. There will be a max of 20 people per session. The second session will take place:

  • Date: Wednesday 5th Aug 2020 (Reached Full Capacity)
  • Time: From 10am to 12pm
  • Location: On line using Zoom (link will be sent in advance)

Female Entrepreneurship CSF:

This Women Entrepreneurship call, applications are invited from women entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial teams and existing early stage start-ups with a woman who has a place on the lead management team and who owns or will own at least 25% of the voting share capital in the start-up. The project must be active in the Manufacturing & Internationally Traded Services sectors.

Female Entrepreneurship Accelerator:

In addition to the investment, successful female promoters will be offered a place on the Innovate Programme  managed by Dublin BIC.

All Sectors CSF:

For this All Sectors call, applications are invited from entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial teams and existing early stage start-ups active in the Manufacturing & Internationally Traded Services sectors, including but not restricted to, eligible companies that offer / services / solutions to address challenges and opportunities posed of Climate Action with an emphasis on (decarbonisation). Applicants who may be eligible under both calls will be asked to apply for one of the above calls only.****

What is the maximum funding available?

The selected companies will receive a maximum investment of €50,000 for a 10% ordinary equity stake in the start-up company. The investment shall be released in two equal tranches. The Company will be required to secure additional equity investment of €5,000, from promoters or external investees, prior to the release of EI’s first tranche.

Applications for both calls will close on Tuesday 18th August 2020.
