Bedrooms Video Premier

A multi-media film collaboration featuring an all-Chicago team; music by Quinn Tsan, choreography by Erin Kilmurray and Josh Anderson, directed by Alex Thompson with cinematography by Zoe Lubeck with performances by Erin Kilmurray, Josh Anderson, Tia Greer, Edson Cabrera, Katie Graves, Erika Farkvarm, Charles Cutler, and David Ingram.

The short film (approx 13 minutes) is a narrative comprised of three films that navigate the cycle of relationships and explore that change in dynamics throughout different phases of intimacy. The project began with a series of songs written by Tsan entitled “The Bedrooms Suite” which mirror the process of the beginning, development, and conclusion of a relationship, with the third song transitioning back to the first to demonstrate the circular nature of our romantic connections.

Bedrooms will premiere July 22nd, 2015 at Locallective Loft, the space in which it was filmed and feature interdisciplinary performances from the production team and three Guest Artists. Doors at 7PM, performances to begin at 8PM. locallective.com/contact/
