ASD friendly CoderDojo, supporting neurodiversity in the community.

Welcoming young people aged 7-17 every Saturday afternoon in the Digital Depot, part of The Digital Hub. It is open to children and young people interested in learning coding in a peer-led and mentor-supported group. There will be some additional visual supports and considerations for the children on the autistic spectrum. It is fully inclusive and open to siblings, friends, children in the community without an ASD diagnosis also.

General Dojo / Ticketing information:
1. Each child should bring a fully-charged laptop. Some spare laptops will be available. If you need a laptop, please select a laptop ticket in addition to the CoderDojo ticket.
2. A parent must remain on premises for the duration of each Dojo.
3. The CoderDojo has capacity for 20 attendees per session. In order to allow as many attendees as possible, we are running two streams (A & B), each stream meeting fortnightly. Please only select a ticket for either class. The content will be repeated at each A & B stream
3. Tickets will be released on a weekly basis (up to 2 child tickets per adult). An adult does not need a ticket.
4. Return attendees will be offered first preference on the tickets in subsequent weeks
