VAT

VAT amount cannot be deducted since the Spanish law makes us include VAT for conference tickets, even if the buyer has provided a valid EU VAT number.

Transfer policy

You can transfer your ticket using the link in your purchase email. Please, note that transfer late than three weeks before the conference may not have some personalized goodies.

Cancellation policy

You must send an email to conferences@codegram.com asking for a cancellation and refund. Please note that we cannot accept one later than 16 July 2016. Refunds will not be made after this date.

Newsletter

We use to send emails to our subscribers with a large variety of information about Full Stack Fest. By registering to the conference, you agree to subscribe to our newsletter, and allow us to send you relevant information about the conference.

Photos and footage

We will be photographing and filming Full Stack Fest, and the videos will be publicly available for free. By registering you grant us permission to use any images or footage taken of you on conference days.

Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously and will not sell or share your personal information with sponsors or third parties. Sponsors may request to gather your details on the day of the conference but your permission will be sought and the information gathered from you.

Code of Conduct

Every attendee, sponsor and speaker, by virtue of purchasing a ticket or attending, agrees to comply in full with our conference code of conduct.
