Marcus Lagré : "The Stress Equation: How Pressure, Complexity, and Security Affects Stress Levels in Teams"

Stress is a leading cause of sick leave and mental health issues for academics and knowledge workers. What sets stress apart from other areas of occupational health, is the focus on individual susceptibility and personal coping strategies, rather than proactively fixing the stressful work environment. In this talk, Marcus Lagré will talk about his observations from numerous organisations and teams on how pressure, complexity, and a sense of security affect stress levels and why he created the stress equation.

We'll discuss setting up your Git environment, customising settings to fit different projects, and creating helpful shortcuts that save time and reduce hassle. You'll hear practical tips on how to tailor Git to your needs, making version control a more seamless part of your daily work.
