This year, CascadiaPHP will prototype a new schedule format to make our event more accessible. All three days will have the same format, with one track consisting of tutorials and two tracks consisting of shorter format talks. We will also have Uncon signups open daily so people can present anything they want on a first-signup basis. Everyone is invited to the Friday night after-party, no matter which day(s) you attend. There will be food, activities, and door prizes. This format allows people to choose what works for them more easily. You could only participate on weekdays or weekends. But if you can make it work, you should join us for all three days! Along with the existing benefits of participating in a conference (fun, relationship building, learning, etc), we will also announce special bonuses for those who sign up for the entire conference.
