Additional Information
Thursday 27th August, 7-10 pm. Brown's Field Community Centre
Paddington in Peru, PG, 1h 46m
Paddington (Ben Whishaw) is packing his marmalade sandwiches for a trip back to Peru with the Brown family. They are going to visit Aunt Lucy (Imelda Staunton) at the Home for Retired Bears, but when they arrive, she has disappeared.
Their search takes them into the rainforest, where the Reverend Mother (Olivia Colman) and riverboat captain Hunter Cabot (Antonio Banderas) become part of a mystery full of mishaps, clues and sticky paws. The third Paddington film keeps the series’ gentle wit, warmth and comic timing. This free outdoor community screening brings Paddington’s kindness and chaos to Brown’s Field for all ages.
Doors will open at 7 p.m., and there will be one hour of arts, crafts, and games before the film.
The film will start at 8 pm, and no admittance will be allowed after it has started.
Tickets can be booked in advance on this page. A limited number of tickets will also be available at the door on the day of the event.
The event is free of charge, and drinks and popcorn will be available for the children.
