The Lego Movie, U, 1h 40m

Address: 31A Green End Rd, Cambridge CB4 1RU

The LEGO Movie follows Emmet, an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world.

Monday 12 August, 2-5 pm. Meadows Centre

Wall-E, U, 1h 37m

Address: 299 Arbury Rd, Arbury, Cambridge CB4 2JL

After hundreds of lonely years of doing what he was built for, Wall-E discovers a new purpose in life (besides collecting knick-knacks) when he meets a sleek search robot named Eve. Eve realises that Wall-E has inadvertently stumbled upon the key to the planet's future and races back to space to report her findings to the humans (who have eagerly awaited word that it is safe to return home). Meanwhile, Wall-E chases Eve across the galaxy.

For both events, doors will open at 2 p.m., and there will be one hour of arts, crafts, and games before the film.

The film will start at 3 pm and there will be no admittance after the film has started.

Tickets can be booked in advance on this page. There will also be a number of tickets available at the door on the day of the event.

The event is free of charge and there will be drinks and popcorn available for the children.

The event is open to all but recommended for ages 3+
