Race at Work | Promoting Race Equality in the Agri-Food and Drink sector

This Race at Work event is aimed at the agri-food and drink sector and aims to provide advice and guidance on recruitment, retention and developing an ethnically diverse workplace.

This workshop will assist employers in the agri business sector on how to embrace ethnic diversity in their workplace. In particular, we will raise awareness of the barriers to recruitment, share best practice in retention and in providing support for career progression and development.

During this workshop will hear from those who are actively addressing these issues.

Participants will also be introduced to the Race at Work Charter, a positive step employers can take when promoting an inclusive workplace.

The session will be open to both BITC members and non-BITC members.
