Neurodivergence at Work: Learning and Insights from Emerging Case Law and Practice

This roundtable event will examine legal and practical issues around neurodivergence in the workplace, focusing on employer obligations under equality law, reasonable adjustments, and the risks of non-compliance.

Neurodivergence is increasingly recognised within workplaces, yet many organisations remain uncertain about their legal responsibilities and how to translate compliance into effective practice.

Delivered in partnership with the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland, this event will examine neurodivergence in the workplace through the lens of emerging and recent case law, highlighting what legal developments mean for employers, HR professionals, and equality practitioners.

Alongside the legal perspective, we will highlight effective organisational approaches for creating inclusive, supportive workplaces for neurodivergent employees, with practical insights for policy, practice, and culture.
