Monthly Mover: 15-Minute Desk Stretch
Exclusively for Business in the Community Members, we invite you to join us for a 15-minute desk stretch.
This desk stretch session led by a qualified Personal Trainer, will move you through a sequence of stretches from the neck down to help you release muscular tension from the upper body.
These stretches can also help to reduce stress and improve sitting posture through a combination of movement and breath-work practices.
The session is suitable for all levels, all you need is a chair!
Please note: this series will now start on Tuesday 11 February and will take place monthly.
You will register once for the whole series and will be sent a reoccurring Teams meeting to all sessions. You are under no obligation to attend all of the sessions, you are welcome to attend as many as you are able to.
The dates of the sessions are:
- Tuesday 11 February | 10:00 - 10:15 AM
- Tuesday 11 March | 10:00 - 10:15 AM
- Tuesday 8 April | 10:00 - 10:15 AM
- Tuesday 13 May | 10:00 - 10:15 AM
- Tuesday 10 June | 10:00 - 10:15 AM
Please note: registration will close one hour before each session, so that everyone will receive their link to the session in time and will re-open again after the session is complete.
