Managing your mental health while caring for others

This session aims to inspire and support care-givers to take practical steps to look after their own personal wellbeing so that they can provide the best care for their loved ones.
Delivered by a wellbeing expert, this 45-minute session will cover:
- The 5 pillars of health for carers
- Spotting signs of burnout
- Creating healthy boundaries
- Nutrition & supplement advice for carers to prevent burnout
- Building self-compassion and looking after your mental health
- Signposting to sources of support including carers allowance
