Link & Learn | Unlocking Workforce Potential with Department for Communities
Open to both members and non-members of Business in the Community, this session aims to give HR managers the tools to navigate the labour market and develop a diverse workforce.
Facilitated by the Department for Communities, this session is aimed at HR managers and anyone responsible for recruitment; and will support them to effectively navigate the labour market and develop a diverse workforce.
Attendees will gain an understanding of how the Department for Communities Employer Services Branch can support employers with recruitment strategies. There will be a selection of employer testimonials, showcasing how they have taken advantage of the services offered.
Topics covered include:
- The role of the Employer Services branch within the Department for Communities
- How employers can promote job vacancies
- An insight to the various work experience programmes within DFC that employers may wish to partner on
- Financial incentives available to support people into employment
