Link & Learn: Understanding Autism in the workplace | Strategies for inclusive employment

Exclusively for Business in the Community members, we are delighted to offer a new Link and Learn session that will explore autism accessibility in the workplace.

This webinar, facilitated by Autism NI, will provide insights into autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and offer practical strategies for employers to create an inclusive work environment for individuals with autism. 

We will explore what is meant by autism accessibility and why it makes business sense to be inclusive for autistic and neurodivergent individuals.  

Attendees will hear best practice approaches to accessibility for autistic customers and employees, and the support that is available for organisations to help build confidence in your approach to inclusion.  

How it works  This session will take place on Zoom. Attendees will be emailed a secure link to join prior to the event.
