Link & Learn | Trans Awareness and Inclusion in the workplace

Exclusively for Business in the Community members, this session aims to give employers advice and guidance on how to create an inclusive workplace for transgender people.

Facilitated by Cara-Friend, this session will enable greater understanding of key terminology and highlight the barriers that the trans community often face.

Attendees will get practical tips on how to create a more inclusive and welcoming work environment for transgender individuals and explore the need for continued support for trans colleagues within the workplace. There will be an opportunity for Q&A.
