Healthy Working Lives Conference 2026

Northern Ireland’s biggest workplace wellbeing event attracts 170+ HR professionals and operational managers to network and explore the challenges and opportunities facing their business in creating a positive and healthy workplace.

This event will take place on Wednesday 3 June 2026 at the Galgorm Resort.

Hosted by BBC Health Correspondent Marie-Louise Connolly, the half-day event is delivered in partnership with key sponsor Britvic Ireland and and supporting partner Henderson Group

This session provides a framework for leaders to foster deep trust, manage mental load, and build a highly engaged workforce less susceptible to burnout.

Inclusive Workplaces: Building Inclusion Through Cultural Competency In today's diverse, organisational landscape, cultural competency is an important tool for business. This interactive session will explore ways of building understanding and valuing cultural differences to enhance collaboration, reduce bias, and foster a truly inclusive workplace.
