Healthy Working Lives Conference 2024

The Healthy Working Lives Conference is back in 2024!

Northern Ireland’s biggest workplace wellbeing event attracts 150+ HR professionals and operational managers to network and explore the challenges and opportunities facing their business in creating a positive and healthy workplace.

In partnership with Elemis and Hutchinson Engineering, the Healthy Working Lives conference, will take place on Wednesday 5 June 2024 at the Galgorm Resort.

The annual event, hosted by BBC Health Correspondent Marie-Louise Connolly, will feature a host of expert speakers, best-practice examples, alongside case studies and peer learning to help local employers prepare for the future.

The theme of this year’s Healthy Working Lives Conference is wellbeing at work with speakers inspiring business leaders to explore the challenges and opportunities facing their business in creating a positive and healthy workplace.

We are delighted to be joined by our keynote speaker Dr Rupy. One of the most influential medical doctors in the UK, Dr Rupy is the founder of ‘The Doctor’s Kitchen’, which strives to inspire and educate everybody about the beauty of food and medicinal effects of eating well. Having worked as an NHS doctor for over 12 years with a deep understanding of nutritional medicine, he has used good nutrition to combat his own health battles.

The four breakout sessions will include speakers from businesses to discuss:

Reducing the Risk: Physical Health, Nutrition and Obesity

Reducing the Risk: Mental Health | Stress and Resilience

A focus on Men’s Health | Suicide Prevention
