Exclusively for Business in the Community members, we are delighted to offer a new series of online wellbeing sessions that aim to empower and educate individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices and promote the benefits of having a healthy body and healthy mind.


Eat Well Work Well: Nutrition Session for Busy People | Wednesday 24 September | 10:00 - 10:45 AM

Delivered by a registered dietitian, this online session will support people to make healthier nutrition choices; and provide employees with practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies to improve energy, focus, and wellbeing while balancing the demands of a busy lifestyle.


The session will cover:

• Smart grocery shopping: core staples to include in your weekly shop

• Creating calm and reducing chaos in food and meal planning

• On-the-go snacks that keep you full

• Supplements – what is value for money and the science behind them

• Common nutrition questions answered


Mental Health Matters: Practical Tools for Busy People | Wednesday 15 October | 10:00 - 10:45 AM


Delivered by a health and wellbeing expert, this online session aims to provide employees with evidence-based strategies to support mental wellbeing, reduce stress, and create more mindful, balanced daily routines even with a busy lifestyle.

Over 45 minutes, this session will cover:

• The science behind mental wellbeing

• Self-checking your own mental health

• Tools that work (and why): breathwork, movement, connection, nutrition and more

• Micro-moments and reducing screen time

• Supplements: can any improve mental health?

• Take 5 and the science


Taking Charge: Empowering Men with Tools for Better Health | Thursday 6 November | 10:00 - 10:45 AM

The session aims to empower men with science-backed knowledge and practical tools to take charge of their health, reduce risk, and start meaningful conversations.


While the focus is on men’s health, this session is open to all employees as partners, colleagues, and friends play a vital role in supporting men’s wellbeing too.


Over 45 minutes, this session will cover:

• Men’s health trends and behaviours in Northern Ireland

• The science behind the 5 key pillars of men’s health

• Foods and supplements to help reduce risk

• How to start conversations about men's health

• Sources of support

Participants will gain a science-based framework to support everyday health decisions, foster meaningful conversations, and encourage proactive support-seeking.


All sessions will take place on MS Teams. Attendees will be emailed a secure link to join prior to the session.
