Blood sugar balance is key for energy, focus, and long-term health. This session breaks down what really drives diabetes risk and how small daily choices around food, movement, and routine can keep metabolism healthy and steady. The session also provides tips on management of type 2 diabetes.

Over 45 minutes, this session will cover:

• What blood sugar is and how it affects energy & mood

• Carb balance: practical guidance without creating food rules

• Snacks, meals, and habits that stabilise blood sugar

• Movement “snacks” and workplace strategies
