This practical session explores hormonal, nutrition and lifestyle factors that influence cognitive function and brain fog. It will focus on simple, evidence-based strategies for busy people.

Over 45 minutes, this session will cover:

This session aims to empower and educate individuals on trending supplements and separate fact from fiction.

This practical session explores the most trending supplements on the market and dives into the research behind whether they are helpful for us or harmful.

Over 45 minutes, this session will cover:

• The top 10 most trending nutrition supplements ranging from collagen, creatine, probiotics to functional mushrooms

• Choosing high-quality supplements

• Categories of supplements: strong evidence, mixed and overhyped/ limited evidence supplements

• How to know what supplements I need for me personally

• Q&A
