• Carb balance: practical guidance without creating food rules
• Snacks, meals, and habits that stabilise blood sugar
• Movement “snacks” and workplace strategies
• Lifestyle shifts proven to reduce Type 2 diabetes risk
Beat the Brain fog: Nutrition & Lifestyle support for Hormonal Brain Health | Thursday 7 May | 10:00 - 10:45AM | Zoom
This session aims to empower and educate individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices to support reduction in brain fog.
This practical session explores hormonal, nutrition and lifestyle factors that influence cognitive function and brain fog. The session focuses on simple, evidence-based strategies for busy people. Over 45 minutes, this session will cover:
• The science behind brain fog, why it happens, who is at risk and what hormones are involved
• Symptom clusters that reduce mental clarity and how to manage them e.g. poor sleep, night sweats, anxiety, low mood etc.
• Nutrient deficiencies that can trigger brain fog
• Lifestyle tools to support cognition and brain health as we age
• Do supplements help with brain fog?
