Four Futures invites you to step into the year 2055 through a powerful, immersive experience that makes the future feel real. This immersive and transformative experience bridges the gap between science, data, and real-world impact, and the latest iteration has been developed by EY’s Climate Change and Sustainability team to incorporate the impact of climate change in NI. 

Guided by rigorous scientific and academic research, you will explore four possible future scenarios through immersive technology - each shaped by critical issues such as global warming, geopolitical polarisation, resource scarcity, social cohesion, and economic growth. 

By examining four distinct climate scenarios—Business As Usual, Transform, Constrain, and Collapse—participants gain insights into potential climate futures. Facilitated by the EY team, the audience will then dive into the underpinning drivers of climate change, focusing on the impacts of the Business As Usual and Transform scenarios on society, business, and the economy.
