About Cross-Border Careers
Cross-Border Careers is a business-led programme delivered by Business in the Community Northern Ireland and Business in the Community Ireland. Funded through the Shared Island Civic Society Fund, the programme connects young people aged 16–18 with local employers, helping them build the confidence, skills and insights needed to make informed decisions about their future.
Through Cross-Border Careers, Business in the Community is working with schools and businesses in Armagh and Monaghan, Fermanagh and Cavan, and Tyrone and Donegal.

This roundtable event will bring together employers, educators, policymakers and programme partners to explore how stronger collaboration between business and education can help develop future talent, improve workplace readiness and support economic growth across border communities.
