Refunds and ticket transfers
Full refunds are available for 14 days after receiving the final invoice. Partial refunds after this period are still possible, for the exact details please refer to our terms and conditions.
Tickets are only transferable until February 5.
Invoices
Within 14 days of purchase the final invoice will be sent to the orderer via e-mail. Please note that the invoice always contains the attendee fee and the catering (a mediated service) as separate items.
Can't use PayPal?
To pay by invoice via a bank transfer contact us with the number and type of tickets you would like to purchase and your billing details (company name, address and VAT ID) at hello@stretchcon.com.
