Our event is serving as a compass on new technologies and trends where you can learn from top-notch international practitioners in our community.

Refunds and ticket transfers

Full refunds are available for 14 days after receiving the final invoice. Partial refunds after this period are still possible, for the exact details please refer to our terms and conditions.

Tickets are only transferable until April 23.

Diversity heroes

For many years now we are supporting members of underrepresented groups who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend Craft for financial, social or any other reasons. This includes (but is not limited to): people of colour, LGBTQIA+ people, women and disabled people. Our goal for this year is to provide free ticket for 100 people from Europe, and if necessary support their travel and accommodation. By purchasing a diversity hero ticket you can support this goal.

Invoices

Within 14 days of purchase the final invoice will be sent to the orderer via e-mail. Please note that the invoice always contains the attendee fee and the catering (a mediated service) as separate items.
