March 2024: Celebrating Women in Tech

Following on from February's Rise of the Machines Event, we are excited to share that our next event will celebrate inspirational women in tech.  

Last year, data from the BCS’ annual Diversity report showed that it would take almost 300 years before women make up an equal share of the tech workforce without intervention. 

This month we chat with three women on the Isle of Man actively addressing that gap as part of their commitment to both upskilling the Isle of Man community in general as well as showcasing what Isle of Man offers to the tech community worldwide. Listen to their journeys as women in tech and learn ways how you can help address diversity, equality, and inclusion.
