Riesling has a reputation for being very sweet and easy to drink, but it can also be dry! Join us at Bacchus on Saturday, March 18 at 4:30pm as we explore the dry side of this always delicious wine!

Certified Sommelier Katie Espinosa will teach you all about this varietal which originated in the Rhine region of Germany. Riesling is highly fragrant and acidic, and completely food friendly.

We will feature six different Rieslings and you’ll enjoy a plate of Chef’s Bites to pair with them.
