Rumpus Room Flies to Hawaii

The Rumpus Room’s Executive Chef Andrew Koser, formerly a chef at Alan Wong’s on the Hawaiian island of Oahu, returns to his culinary roots with a night of dancing, music, and a food and cocktail menu inspired by the islands on Sunday, March 26.

Your night begins with a cocktail reception from 4 to 5 p.m. where you can mingle before four food stations open at 5 p.m. We will also feature a cash bar serving specialty tiki cocktails and Kona Brewing Company Beer, a rarity in the Milwaukee market! Soak up the culture of Hawaii as we welcome dancers and a three-piece band from Hale-O-Malo, the only Wisconsin Hawaiian-owned and operated company. Menu items will range from Poi to Pork Gyoza and will be available until 8 p.m.
