High West Distillery Dinner at The Rumpus Room

The spirit of High West Distillery is a passion for great whiskey, great food, and the enduring legacy of the American West. Find out more about this craft whiskey maker at a special dinner on Wednesday, January 11 at The Rumpus Room.

High West Distillery is located 7,000 feet above sea level in the Rocky Mountains, in the old west mining town of Park City, Utah. Their whiskeys are created in a traditional 1,600 gallon copper pot still, which while not the most efficient, is definitely the most effective for being able to control the flavor of every batch. 

High West has become a favorite among aficionados for its distinctive, high-price styles, which include several aged whiskey blends.  In 2011, America’s leading whiskey magazine, Whiskey Advocate, named High West its “Whiskey Pioneer of the Year.”  

Join us for this special dinner and you’ll meet a representative from High West and Executive Chef Andrew Koser will create a five-course menu to highlight the premium whiskey offerings from High West.
