Graham Elliot Cookbook Dinner at Bacchus
We are thrilled that Chicago restauranteur and MasterChef judge Graham Elliot will join us at Bacchus for a very special dinner highlighting his new cookbook, “Cooking Like A Master Chef” on Friday, October 30.
Graham Elliot is a James Beard Award nominee and owner of the eponymous Michelin starred restaurant Graham Elliot, as well as Grahamwich in Chicago. He’s also the culinary director of the annual music festival, Lollapalooza.
Graham’s first cookbook features 100 delicious recipes to make every day extraordinary. Andrew Zimmern says about the book, “Graham has made a book for everyone, accessible and intelligent with superb recipes that will raise your technique level, grow your confidence in the kitchen and turn you into the cook you always wanted to be at home.”
Chef Nick Wirth will prepare four dishes from the cookbook and Certified Sommelier Katie Espinosa will pair each with a complementing wine.
